BioInquire develops bioinformatics software to catalog, analyze and mine the products of mass spectrometric analysis. These tools help researchers derive meaningful data from the massive amounts of information generated by complex proteomic and glycomic experiments.

The company’s flagship data analysis software, ProteoIQ, is a comprehensive suite that provides support throughout the full data analysis pipeline, moving from statistical validation to quantification.

Note: In 2010, BioInquire was acquired by NuSept. In 2013, NuSept sold the related intellectual property to PREMIER Biosoft.
