To address a range of needs in these fields, Sinoora is developing a line of technology that facilitates low-cost, on-chip spectroscopy solutions.

Sinoora uses silicon and silicon-nitride material platforms to deliver customized imaging solutions for a wide range of wavelengths. The company has patented an on-chip architecture that enables smaller, faster and cheaper devices.

The company’s second goal is to develop a low-cost manufacturing process for producing integrated optics with nanoimprint lithography.

The total molecular spectroscopy market is estimated at more than $111 million.
